To access a2game's full range of gaming services, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered a2game account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. a2game will close all duplicate accounts and may permanently ban the individual from the platform.

You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your a2game account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share your login credentials with any third party. a2game cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

a2game operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — such as a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or utility bill — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by a2game's compliance team.

a2game accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method; current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your account.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account or method held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your a2game wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect.
• a2game does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of a2game.
• a2game reserves the right to decline deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder or that raise anti-money laundering concerns.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a review prior to withdrawal processing.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in breach of these Terms will result in forfeiture of the withdrawal amount and may result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

a2game offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to its players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of this Agreement and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms, all bonus funds awarded by a2game are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any portion of the bonus — or winnings derived from the bonus — can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions, and validity periods are specified on each promotion page.

a2game employs a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activities considered abusive include — but are not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, exploiting promotional terms through low-risk or mathematically certain wagering strategies, and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus conditions. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

a2game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to player accounts in good faith.

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets offered on a2game, including cricket (PSL, Pakistan national team, T20 World Cup, Test series), football, and all other sports markets:

• Bet Acceptance: a2game reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed by customers identified as professional or sharp bettors.
• Odds Errors: Bets accepted at clearly erroneous odds — i.e., odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error — may be voided by a2game at its discretion. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to live match conditions. a2game is not responsible for delays between live events and the platform's data feed. Bets accepted during confirmed technical delays may be voided.
• Event Cancellation: If a sports event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market result is determined, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned, unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Result Disputes: Official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan cricket, FIFA for football) will be used for settlement purposes. a2game's decision on result disputes is final.

• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the game round will be completed according to its predetermined outcome and the result applied to your account upon reconnection.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing a2game staff or other players via any communication channel
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information betting in connection with cricket or any other sport

a2game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events
• Errors or delays in data feeds used for in-play sports betting markets
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to secure login credentials
• Actions taken by a2game in good faith to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations

Nothing in this clause limits a2game's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering

Upon account closure for cause, a2game reserves the right to retain any balance associated with confirmed fraudulent activity or material breach of these Terms.
